I'm not a theorist. I led Microsoft Copilot rollout at Kwik Trip, including working with Data Governance to establish acceptable use policies. Before that, I spent five years at Microsoft leading GDPR compliance for Windows and Internet Explorer. I developed the GATE Framework out of that real-world implementation experience — because most organizations need practical governance, not another framework they won't use.
